Overview:
We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who enjoys building fast, polished web applications. You should be confident with React and Next.js, and comfortable shaping modern frontend architecture. If you care about performance, clean design, and creating smooth user experiences, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of scalable and maintainable applications.
Full-stack experience with strong skills in both frontend and backend development.
Work closely with product, design, backend, devops, and QA teams to deliver solid, user-focused features.
Set the bar for coding standards, guide code reviews, and help shape frontend best practices.
Improve performance and make sure the interface feels fast and responsive.
Mentor the team and play an active role in key architectural decisions.
Required Skills :
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
Strong skills in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
Solid understanding of API integration, REST services, and micro-frontend architecture.
Comfortable with modern build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
Familiarity with testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability and a sharp eye for detail.
Experience working with cloud services, like AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean.
Clear and unambiguous communication, both written and verbal
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience in native JavaScript, OOPs concept, data structures, algorithm and problem-solving.
Hands-on experience managing and supporting production environments.
Comfortable handling real-world production systems and deployments.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
AI Skills Must have
Prompt Engineering : Writing clear, specific prompts to get useful code output from AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
AI-Assisted Debugging : Knowing how to share the right context (error messages, relevant code, screenshots) with AI to get accurate fixes
Code Review of AI Output : The most critical skill. AI generates code fast but you must be able to:
Spot bugs
Verify edge cases
Understand what the code actually does before committing
Using Claude Code / Copilot / Cursor : IDE-integrated AI tools for autocomplete, refactoring, and multi-file changes
Understanding AI Limitations : Knowing when AI gives a wrong answer and when to rely on your own knowledge instead
Good to have:
Experience with platforms and tools like Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
Contributions to open source projects.
Experience working with AI-related APIs and tools.
Familiarity with TypeScript, Vue.js, and other modern frontend technologies.
Good understanding of performance monitoring(Sentry, Crashlytics, Atatus ) tools.
